Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This recruitment campaign (the "Campaign") is open to individuals who are at least 15 years old and reside in Singapore. Employees of HappyDot.sg and RySense Ltd and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sign-Up and Qualification:

Sign-Up Process
- Participants must register through the exclusive HappyDotSG Sign-up brand action available in the “Revolut #HuntTheMouse — SG60 Edition” campaign at the game site - https://huntthemouse.sqkii.com.
- A Crystal Code will be issued at the end of the Lifestyle Survey as proof of successful sign-up.
- The Crystal Code can then be entered on the “Revolut #HuntTheMouse — SG60 Edition” game to redeem Crystals
Account Verification
- Participants must complete account verification with the HappyDot.sg Team before the campaign ends.
- Verification requires ID confirmation via WhatsApp video call with the HappyDot.sg Team.
Validity Period
- This sign-up promotion is valid from 16 October 2025 until the conclusion of the game/campaign.

3. Verification:

WhatsApp Video Call confirmation:

You are required to present your ID during a video call via WhatsApp with our HappyDot.sg team. You may choose to block off your NRIC number during the verification.

The HappyDot.sg team will verify the details you have provided during the registration.

Once your account is verified, 500 HappyPoints (worth $10 e-Voucher) will be credited and reflected in your account within 24 hours.

500 HappyPoints will be credited and reflected in your account within 24 hours upon successful account verification.
You may use your HappyPoints to redeem Crystals via Exclusive Rewards - https://happydot-staging.theadventus.com/exclusive_perks/
500 HappyPoints is equivalent to a $10 e-Voucher, which can be found in the list of rewards- https://happydot-staging.theadventus.com/reward/

5. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

The personal data you provide during sign-up (e.g., name, email address) will be used to process HappyDot.sg sign-up and send you the Voucher.

We will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

6. General:

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and to reject your application if the eligibility terms and conditions are not met.
